Associate Sales Consultant (ASC)


 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists Regional Sales Director with field and non-field sales activities

  • Expedites the resolution of product or service issues for the customer in a clear, concise manner

  • Develops and documents account-based data for sales & account management reports

  • Builds relationships and fosters connections at all levels within an account

  • Team player with a high level of social awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Educates, trains, troubleshoots users of Recovery Force products (day/night/weekend – when applicable)

  • Thrives in a fluid and fast-paced environment

  • Obtains a high level of trust and ability to work independently

  • Maintains a high level of communication between internal and external stakeholders

  • Strictly follows standard operating procedures set by Recovery Force Health, LLC

  • Account management with service and sales focused mindset

  • Comfortable with a fluid schedule (Field/Office)

Qualifications

  • Computer skills – data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

Physical Requirements

  • Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up-to 20 pounds of  force constantly to move objects
